What is your return policy?
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only if the product is defective or if you received a product different from what you ordered.
Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. After confirmation, we will inform you of how to proceed.
Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・For reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., difference in image, difference in size)
・Products that have been used once
・Missing tags or accessories
・More than 7 days have passed since the product arrived
In addition, for defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will bear the shipping cost for returns.

Can you gift wrap?
Yes, gift wrapping is available. If you would like gift wrapping, please let us know when placing your order.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Standard items will be delivered approximately 2 to 7 days after your order.
Please note that some items are made to order, and delivery may take over a month. Thank you for your understanding.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items ordered. You can always check the shipping costs before making a purchase.
